Lee O. Upton, III, MS, MBA, CVA


Lee is a certified valuation analyst with over 20 years of experience in analyzing complex economic and financial issues related to valuation, financial forensics, regulatory economics and public policy. He received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in 1994, his master’s degree from Emory University in 1996, and his MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in 2009.  In 1997, he began his professional career as an Associate with Innovation & Information Consultants, Inc. in Concord, Massachusetts, before relocating and opening a satellite office in Orlando, Florida in 2003.  In January 2014, Lee co-founded Premier Quantitative Consulting, Inc., a small economic and financial consulting firm based in the Baldwin Park area of Orlando.  One core area of focus includes addressing economic and financial issues associated with marital dissolution.  He was collaboratively trained as a Financial Neutral in 2014 and continues to actively work on a number of collaborative teams.  With respect to his collaborative engagements, Lee brings his passion for problem-solving and option-building to assist individuals and couples with complex financial issues related to divorce.  Professional integrity, honesty and transparency are cornerstones of Lee’s approach to each engagement and he believes that all parties to a marital dissolution deserve respect and the ability to have their voice heard. 

Lee holds the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential and is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts.  He is also a member of the Florida Association of Collaborative Professionals, the United States Association for Energy Economics, and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma International Business Honor Society.
