The engaging and interactive training will teach you what the Collaborative Law process has to offer clients and the professionals who assist them. This practice-oriented approach to training will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to provide Collaborative services within your local practice group. This training includes a special section on increasing access to Collaborative process for diverse clients.

This course is intended for lawyers, mental health professionals, financial professionals, mediators, paralegals, and other professionals who would like to work with clients in the Collaborative process. Continuing legal education credit is available for lawyers through the Florida Bar (14.5 hours inclusive of 2 ethics credits and 1 technology credit).  The program is also  approved for 14.0 CLE credit including 1.25 Ethics CLE credit by NALA for paralegals.  Continuing education for mental health professionals is  approved for 14 hours.  Mental health professionals who would like continuing education credits must add $25 to the registration fee.
